Seasonal menus built from local Georgia farms, a cellar curated around flavor, and dining worth a special trip. In the heart of historic Savannah since 2018.
Our menu changes with the seasons to feature the freshest produce from Georgia farms within 75 miles. These are just a few highlights from this week.
House-made burrata with charred peach compote, heirloom tomatoes, basil oil, and grilled focaccia from our partner bakery.
Dry-aged Georgia beef, black garlic jus, roasted fingerling potatoes, and pickled mustard greens from Savannah Roots Farm.
White chocolate and vanilla bean panna cotta with Savannah-grown strawberry coulis and candied lemon zest.
Every ingredient on our menu has a story — who grew it, where it came from, and how it was raised. Chef Camille Bouchard and our team visit our farm partners regularly and build menus around what's at its best, not what's convenient.
We source over 85% of our ingredients from Georgia farms within a 75-mile radius. Our wine list is built to complement the seasons — and our bar program highlights Southern spirits and local craft beverages.
